Russell "Russ" Wayne Miller, age 77, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away April 14th, 2025, at Holzer Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born November 18th, 1947, in Peniel, Ohio to the late Luther and Gladys (Farney) Miller.

Russ served in the U.S. military. He was employed for many years at GKN, eventually retiring from there. He was always ready to help others with whatever needed to be done. He especially enjoyed hunting mushrooms in the spring and cutting firewood mostly for others.

Russell is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Brenda Kay Miller; son, Rusty (Annette) Miller; daughters, Trudy (Alan) Linder, and Beverly Fox; grandsons: Nathan (Lexie) Miller and Wesley Brofford; sisters: Becky (Danny) Wallace, Linda Sue Hickman, and Cynthia (Joe) Dailey; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, Robb Brofford; four brothers: Bob Farney, Ralph Miller, Dennis Dale Miller, and Donald Gale Miller; one sister, Bertha Carter; and several nephews.
