Ronald Edward Howell age 45, of Oak Hill, passed away January 1, 2024, at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He was born October 15, 1978, in Gallipolis, Ohio to Jeanie L. (Brown) Howell and the late Ronald W. Howell. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Willis Howell, grandparents, and multiple uncles and aunts.
He is survived by mother, Jeanie Howell; long-time companion, Anna Miller, sister Lori (Robert) Williams; nieces, Brianna and Brittany Simpson and nephew, Andy Simpson.
He enjoyed farming, loved his tractors, and his beloved dog “Duke”. He also enjoyed mushroom and ginseng hunting, shooting guns, and target shooting. He loved any and all things outdoors. He will be missed.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 11-1 PM at Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 with Pastor Bryon Carmon officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com .
