Robert Lee "Bobby" Brady

Robert Lee “Bobby” Brady Jr. age 62, of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, surrounded by his family at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson. He was born June 26, 1963, in Oak Hill to the late Robert Brady Sr. and Sandy (Shover) Henson.

Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Shannon Brady; parents: Sandy (Ron) Henson, Robert (Judy) Brady and Don (Samey) Cameron; and his brother-in-law, David Jones.

He is survived by his children, Tiffany (Truman) Brady-Sewell, Felicia Brady and Bobby (Cassie) Brady; grandchildren, Samey (James) Laber, Sadie Sewell, Gracie Sewell, Sean Sewell, Kenzie Shreck, Bobbie Sewell, Baylee Shreck, and Shannon Brady. He is also survived by his siblings, Trudie (Rick) Brown, Melissa (Tom) Goheen, Richard Jones, Angie (Jason) Kerr, John (Amy) Brady, Phillip (Amber) Brady, David (Ladonya) Brady, Michael (Melissa) Brady, Sam (Rebekah) Brady, Mary Brady, Aaron Jones, and special brother, Kevin Yerian; sisters-in-law, Donna (Skip) Goble, Debbie Jones and Lilly (Kevin) Cameron; mother-in-law, Kay Cameron; special sons, Shain Shreck and Tommy French; life-long friends, Scott Cook and Roger Baisden; his beloved dog, “Cookie”, and lots of nieces and nephews, whom he cherished.

Robert was a family man, who dearly loved his family. He was always a jokester and had a great sense of humor. He loved to play softball, he enjoyed music and playing his acoustic guitar. He was also a mason.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 4-8 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Sam Brady officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
