Rick Richards of Thurman, Ohio passed away January 18th, 2023, at Adena Regional Medical Center. Rick was born April 19th, 1949, to the late Dale and Louise Richards.

Rick graduate from Jackson High School in the class of 1967 and he joined the U.S. Air Force in 1969, proudly serving for four years.

Rick was married to Josine (Shelton) Richards (who survives him) of Oak Hill, Ohio for 52 years. Together they have two children, Heath Richards of Thurman, Ohio and Vandy (Chris) Dowd of Acworth, Georgia. His two grandchildren, Liberty and Baeddan Richards were the apple of his eye, finding great joy every time he was with them. Also surviving are his brother, Steve (Paulette) Richards of Thurman, Ohio and sisters-in-law, Barbara Rinehart of Oak Hill, Ohio, and Meredith (Stan) Howard of Oak Hill, Ohio.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 22nd, 2023, at 1PM at the Community Christian Church in Thurman.
