Joe Estel Delaney, age 68, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Monday, December 4th, 2023, at Holzer of Gallipolis. He was born April 12th, 1955, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Charles and Marcella (Yates) Delaney.

Joe is survived by three nephews, Charles (Nikki) Carpenter, Tee Carpenter, and Keith (Lana) Carpenter; his niece, Patricia (Jeff) Turner; and several great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rita Carpenter and brother-in-law, Mike Carpenter.

Joe attended Hope Haven and JVAC for several years. He loved loved life and his family dearly.
