Jeffery “Bubba” Lee Hale

Jeffery Lee Hale, 59, passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2025. A devoted husband, proud father and grandfather, loyal brother, and treasured friend, Jeff's sudden departure leaves a huge void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Born on August 8, 1966, Jeff- known affectionately to family and friends as Bubba- spent his life in deep dedication to his family. He was married to his loving wife, Andrea, for 38 years. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and strong family values. Jeff is survived by his children and their spouses, Cody and Tori Hale and Griffin and Mykah Hale; and his beloved grandchildren, Evelyn, Holland, and Judah Hale, who brought him endless joy and pride.

He also leaves behind his brothers, sister, and their spouses: Doug & Linda Hale, Greg Hale, Carla & Charlie Burchett, and Michael & Joy Hale; parent in-laws, Steve and Paulette Richards; brother-in-law, Stephen and Tara Richards; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Wanda Hale.

Jeff dedicated 35 years of service to General Mills, where he was known for his strong work ethic and kindness toward his colleagues. Outside of work, he found joy in the little things — a two liter of Diet Coke, a Browns game on Sunday, and time spent with his grandkids, who lovingly knew how much their “Pappy” adored them.

Above all, Jeff will be remembered for his big heart, his unwavering love for his family and friends, and the quiet strength and warmth he brought into every room. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he gave so freely.
