Ethen Edward Lambert

February 3, 1980 — October 22, 2025

Oak Hill

Ethen Edward Lambert was born on February 03, 1980, in Athens, Ohio to Kelly Franco and the late Bobby Leroy Lambert.

He is survived by his three children, Marissa, Kaila, and Ethen Jr.; siblings: Tuesdey (Pedro) Santiago, Layla Bryant, and Jeremy (Kaylyn) Lambert; nieces and nephews: Mark, Analena, Lorenzo, Milani, Michael, Leyanna, Kailee, Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Abraham; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Ethen was a very kind man, filled with unwavering love and warmth for everyone around him. He was the type of man who would give a stranger the clothes off his back and whose only goal in life was to bring happiness to others. He had the warmest laugh, the kind that could fill an entire room and linger in the air. The sound of his laughter and his sweet southern drawl will be missed above all.

He loved the color purple, the number three, and vanilla ice cream with peanut butter drizzle from Dairy Queen. He had a passion for all things football, with a deep rooted love for the Cleveland Browns. He enjoyed watching ESPN and playing games like Madden and Mario in his free time. He loved cooking, made the absolute best pancakes in the world, and dreamed of opening up his own restaurant one day.

Above all, Ethen loved people. He loved his family, his friends, the faces he saw every day on his mailing route, and even strangers whose names he would never come to know. Ethen’s time on this earth was short, but he leaves behind a legacy filled with everlasting warmth, kindness, and love.

Arrangements are pending under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Please check back for service info soon. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
