Edith M. (Bloomfield) Dickens, age 81, passed away on December 4th, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born on May 18th, 1942, in Peniel Ohio to the late Ward and Eva Bloomfield.
She is survived by daughters, Dolly Cardiff and Tammy (Lee) Comer; grandsons: Hunter (Abby) Cardiff, Jesse (Makayland) Cardiff, Stephen Comer, and Kyle Comer.
In addition to her parents, Edith was preceeded in death by her husband, Henry Dickens and her son, Terry Dickens.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor may be made to: Memorials Processing, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
