Donald Gale Miller, age 81, of Westerville, Ohio and formerly of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, April 17th, 2023. He was born October 26th, 1941, in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Wilford and Mary Gladys Miller.

Donald worked at and retired from Borden’s Ice Cream after over 30 years of service. He was a hard worker who took pride in his work. Through the years prior to his failing health, he enjoyed hunting in his spare time.

He is survived by his children, Gerald (Kristine) Miller of Washington Court House, Ohio and Tonya Adkins of Athens, Ohio; grandchildren: April Miller, Kayla Ellis, Brittany Adkins, Victoria Miller, Donnie Adkins, Jonathon Miller, and Gabriella Miller; great-grandchildren: Bella, Eli, Ben, JJ, and Ezra; siblings: Bertha Carter, Becky Wallace, Sue Hickman, Russ Miller, and Cynthia Dailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Miller; son, Timothy Miller; and siblings: Bob Farney, Ralph Miller, and Dale Miller.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 21st, 2023, from 5-8PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, at 11AM at the funeral home with Pastor Cline Rawlins officiating. Burial will follow at Gallia Baptist Cemetery.
