Charles “Michael” Rogers, age 46, of Jackson, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, after a brief battle with cancer.

He is survived by his life partner, Erika Rawlins and her children: Ty, Charlotte, Linkyn, and Jacob; uncle, Earnest Denver Miller; cousins, Kara (Joe) Jones, Tom Olchefske, Lucas, and Noah; as well as numerous Bobo and Miller cousins.

He is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Earnest Miller, Jr. and Bessie “Bess” Adelyn (Bobo) Miller and his mother, Janny “Cis” Betty Miller.

Mike loved art in the form of tattoos and personal expression. He was devoted to his dog, Jake, and enjoyed spending time with loved ones watching true crime documentaries. He grew up an adrenaline seeker who was fearless and fun. During family trips to Canada, you could always count on him to provide the music and find the best swimming spots. Mike believed in second chances, owning up to your mistakes, and growing as a person. To all his past and present friendships, thank you for being a part of his journey.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date per the wishes of the family.
