Betty Jane White

Betty Jane White, age 86, passed away Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, at her residence. Betty was born February 2nd, 1940, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late William E. and Lectie M. (Hinkley) Miller.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Teresa Griffith; her son, James William White Sr.; her granddaughter, Shannon McNeal; her grandsons, James William White Jr., and Carl Woodrow White; and great-grandchildren.

Public calling hours will be held on Wednesday May 6th, 2026, from 2:30PM-3:30PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Graveside services will follow at 4PM at Buckeye Cemetery with Rev. Rick Kincaid officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
