Anna Margaret Lambert

Anna Margaret Lambert, age 79, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, at her daughter’s residence. Anna was born October 25th, 1946, in Jackson, Ohio to the late Frank and Dorothy (Glass) Johnson.

She is survived by her only child, Rhonda Lynn (Brian) McWhorter; grandchildren: Brianna Renee (Brian Wilbur), Jason (Chantelle) McWhorter, and Aaron (Jody) McWhorter; great-grandchildren: Eli Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Azalea McWhorter, Saria McWhorter, Zevran McWhorter, Victoria McWhorter, and Nicholas McWhorter; sisters, Carolyn Raby and Brenda Puckett; brothers, Larry Johnson, Roger Johnson, and Robert Johnson; as well as many nieces and nephews whom she was a considered a second mom to.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Lambert Jr.; sisters: Marilyn Cofer, Barbara Folden, Joe Ann Olson, Virginia Childers, Virgien Kisor, and Linda Manns; and brothers: Jerry Johnson, Frank Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, and Edward Johnson.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 15th, 2026, from 2-3PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson with a service immediately following at 3PM with Pastor Val Rahamut officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
