Paul Ronald “Ronnie” Poole, age 72, of Jackson, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020 at Holzer of Jackson. He was born in Lebanon, Indiana on January 31st, 1948 to the late Paul Irving and Mabel (Yaryan) Poole.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Vivian Poole of Ohio; his children, Mike Poole and Valerie Poole of Indiana; two sisters, Margaret (Ernie) Poole and Melissa Poole of Indiana; brother, Kenny (Janice) Poole of Alabama; grandchildren: Krista, Jessie, Leah, Aaron, Mariah, Erika, Alex, Kiara, and Kendrick all of Indiana; stepdaughters: Cynthia, Peggy, Heidi, and Rebecca all of Ohio; additional grandchildren: Jamie, Reagan, Brantley, Skylar, Zoey, Jurnee, Claudia, Haley, Tatiana, Caleb, Jose, Dacoda, Jazmyn, Mia, Jeramiah, Royee, and Rozalee; step-great-grandchildren: Sophia, Selena, Haidyn, Rueben, Keegan, Elijah, Ryland, Delilah, Lyric, Mason, Calvin, and Issac.

Paul has went home to be with loved ones lost including his parents; a brother, Sameul Poole; daughter, Rhonda Grieger; step-grandchildren: Isaiah, Mejia, Cinclee, and Arriaga; step-great-granddaughter, Lucy Robinette.

Paul enjoyed his county music and played in a band in Indiana. He worked for the city for 24 years before retiring in 2004. Paul and Vivian were united in marriage on June 26th, 1996 in Indiana and moved to Ohio in 2007.

All who knew him, knew how much he loved his family and ALL his babies. He was a laid back, mellow, and sweet man with a gentle soul. He will forever be missed by all who knew him.

His wife would like to thank Holzer of Gallipolis, Holzer Hospice of Jackson, and Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home for everything they have done through this difficult time.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. No services will be held at this time, a memorial service will be held at a later date in Indiana. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com
