Rev. H. Elizabeth “Libby” (Slater) Faulkner Oiler, age 96, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 at Four Winds of Jackson. She was born June 18th, 1923 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Benjamin F. and Flossie (McCain) Slater.

A lifelong member of Monroe Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union, she is survived by her daughters, Cheryl B. Adkins (CJ Brown) of Oak Hill, Ohio and Twana J. Oglesbee of Blacklick, Ohio; grandchildren, Dennis A. Adkins and Jesse L. Cunningham, son of the late Jesse C. Cunningham; great-grandchildren: Abigail Adkins, Jesse Cohen, Jacob Lee Cunningham, and Haley Morad; and great-great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Mycah, and Jax Martin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Weldon C. Faulkner and John Earl Oiler; son, Robert W. Faulkner; granddaughter, Shawna Adkins; siblings: Oral Slater, John Slater, Ernest Slater, Henry Slater, Emma Slater, Pearl Slater, Alma Jenkins, and Anna Mae Crabtree; and son-in-law, William Oglesbee.
