Nevaeh Rayne Canter, age 4, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 at her residence. She was born September 10th, 2013 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Ronald Canter Jr. and Loretta (Evans) Wiley. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, MaKayla Wiley; grandparents, Ronald and Paula Canter and Dianna Canter; aunt and uncle, Tiffany and Robert Fraley; aunt, Ashley (Fairchild) Fraley; Uncles, Jeremy and Jason Reid; and a host of other family members. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 from 3-7PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7PM at the funeral home with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
